GOPIO France -INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’s DAY – Sunday 08 March 2020
GOPIO France celebrated International Women’s Day on Sunday, March 8 at Jodhpur Palace, Paris 75012.
On this auspicious day, GOPIO not only recognize the achievements made by women, but also brings awareness to the obstacles that still stand in their way and raise the concern about issues related to the gender parity, pay gap, gender equality and most importantly women empowerment.
The Gopio members shared stories of how their women colleagues have inspired them in different ways or made a valuable contribution to them personally or through their work.
The event was graced by the Minister(Consul) Embassy of India, Mrs Shrila Datta Kumar and she remitted some awards to the women who have done outstanding contributions for their works to the community.
